Statistical Leadership Training

The Statistical Leadership Training program intends to unlock the participants’ potential to be effective in leadership roles and processes. At the end of the training, participants are expected to explain and model their learning to others in their organizations. Participants will be able to disseminate what they’ve learned by taking active roles in leadership and also develop creativity through the activities and tools provided in the training.Daily programme

Develop and enhance the leadership skills of new heads of NSOs toward effective leadership of statistical offices and the national statistical system
 Improve confidence of heads of NSOs as statistical leaders in their national statistical system
 Build sense of accountability
 Create networks among statistical leaders
 Share learning of experiences and practices in leading and managing their statistical offices and in their leadership role in the national statistical system Daily programme

The Statistical Leadership Training aims to develop and enhance the leadership skills of new NSO heads towards effective leadership of statistical offices and the national statistical system at large.
